I’m Sarah Kinney, LCSW, a licensed therapist providing online therapy for adults across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. I help individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, or past experiences. I work with driven individuals who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed by anxiety and self-worth struggles on the inside.
